The season ended last May with again one of the best presentation evenings, so thanks to those who organised it, Rivers Restaurant for the venue & dinner, Faversham trophies for arranging the medals and the clubs for their exemplary behaviour all making it such a memorable evening. This season has already started with Quested winning the seven a side and the pre-season competitions well on their way.
We welcome new committee member Dave Read who has already done a lot of work for handbook day.

Clubs will find in their envelope handbooks, match-cards, referee cards, Messenger, other papers and a Guidance Manual for clubs. This has been prepared by Andy Shepherd to help clubs with their administration and organisation through the season. He has also prepared a version for referees which will go out in their handbooks.

Medway Council Pitches

The charge for a pitch for the season is £490 which can be paid in two instalments of £245 by the 30th September and the 30th November or in one amount at the start. For teams using Anchorians the season charge is £310 or payable in two instalments of £155 but you must hire changing facilities from The Anchorians Club and provide written evidence to the league that you have done so. I thank Medway Council for again keeping the hire charge down as much as possible to only £10 above last year. Please send all payments to the Treasurer at the address in the handbook.

Chartered Standard

Liaison officer is now Andy Butler and he will help you through the procedure. As over a third of our clubs are now already FA Charter Standard, I hope others will want to take this further, it can be advantageous for those who do.
